A complete Water For Injection (WFI) production, clean-steam generation, and storage system for pharmaceutical or biotech facilities. Produces ultra-high purity water and clean steam using dual Mueller steam generators, pressure columns, UV filtration, and automated control via a Pharma Tec panel.

Main Components

Mueller Clean Steam Generators ×2 – dual units producing clean / pure steam for WFI and sterilization duties.

Four Pressure Columns – separation, purification, and holding of steam / condensate under controlled pressure.

Fristam Pumps – sanitary main supply pumps providing feedwater or circulation through the system.
