Advanced Control System: Controlled by a Siemens Simatic PLC with a 10" HD colour touchscreen. The interface allows for flexible programming of drying cycles (up to 10 cycles) and provides detailed statistical reporting. Precision Temperature Control: Features individual shelf temperature control ranging from -40°C to +80°C, ensuring uniform drying for sensitive products. Fast Vacuum & Defrost: Reaches maximum vacuum (50 mTorr) in approximately 20 minutes. The electric defrost system (2000W heating mat) clears ice in just 20–40 minutes. Modular & Durable Design: Constructed with a 7mm extruded aluminium vacuum chamber with a hard anodized finish. The unit is stackable and modular, allowing for operation in a cluster.
