The modern Accu-Feed System provides high-quality, reproducible sections throughout the length of specimen travel, with Accu-Feed specimen advance selectable in 1μm steps from 1 to 30μm. The Finesse 325 utilizes a quick-release cassette clamp and x-y orientation head as standard, with specimen tilt/orientation at ±5 degrees using X-Y micro adjustment. The Shandon rotary microtome also has a removable organizer tray at the top of the unit for cassette organization and a removable deep debris tray for easy cleaning.
